For the CCSC stores we only need to collect the email address for a parent who will be setup as a customer. This email address is used explicitly to facilitate the processes relating to the purchase of CCSC uniforms. The email addresses will be imported into the CCSC Shopify tenancy which is exclusive to CCSC. This tenant can only be accessed by Everything Sports to facilitate orders. We use the email addresses to pre-create the accounts, then we are able to preload gift cards (i.e. vouchers) into the accounts for the parents to use. We also send receipts and order information to this email address for record. Everything Sports chooses Shopify as it is a GDPR Compliant platform and are always supportive of customer choice to opt-out and have their information removed or request a copy of the data we retain at any time.”
